Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Return Policy

The products are classified in to returnable and non returnable items based on their usage and type. Most of the beauty products and wellness products would be in the non returnable category due to the nature of product and usage.

Returnable Products – Any products which is under the returnable label category will have an active return link available once the product is delivered. This link would be active for 5 days from the date of delivery.

Returnable products which will not be acceptable:

·        No request would be facilitated once the return request window is closed.

·        Product is opened, used or altered from its pack.

·        Product is damaged by the customer.

·        Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories

·        Any tampering of the product, packaging or its labels.

b. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, then you can cancel the order just by clicking cancel button.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 10-15 days after the cancellation request.

Cancellation after shipment:

If the order or the item has been dispatched, the cancelation button will not be active and hence the customer needs to contact the helpdesk for the same. He or She can write directly to with the order details and our customer executive will get back to you soon. If the product is with our delivery partner and the same comes up for delivery to your door step, you may not accept the delivery. We will consider this as order cancelled and will initiate the cancellation process applicable.

c. Refund Policy

Any cancelled product or undelivered product is eligible for refunds. In case of any order is cancelled before shipment and if this is a prepaid order , we will initiate the refund within 2-5 working days of cancellation request.

If the product has been shipped and cancellation is initiated, or if the product is being returned, we will process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. All payments would be wire transferred to your original payment method which could be bank or credit / debit card mode of payment transfer. COD (Cash on Delivery) if applicable would also be transferred in to the bank account only.

If you have been serviced by our partners, the terms and conditions of our partners would be applicable and Empower Info Solutions will not be eligible for the grievances unless and until extreme cases are involved like cheating etc.
